Our new state-of-the-art planing machine now enables us to cut plastic plates exactly to your specified dimensions. In addition to standard thicknesses, our "extended workbench" enables us to also supply intermediate thicknesses (such as 11.5 mm) so that you receive your plastic parts already in finished size. |
That's an advantage for you because it saves you a production step since subsequent milling is rendered unnecessary.
Our new-generation planing machine distinguishes itself through its thickness tolerance of just +/- 0.05 mm and allows plates made of any unreinforced plastic to be cut to any thickness from 5 mm to 200 mm and to any width up to 600 mm.
This relatively exclusive innovative service is available for a small surcharge. The planing procedure takes a small amount of time, thus allowing your order to be processed as quickly and flexibly as ever.
