APSOparts®, Angst+Pfister’s online shop, offers you a brand-new function: the upload module.
This tool enables you to compose your orders offline and then upload the final document directly into your shopping cart in five easy steps:
1. In “my APSOparts” (login needed), in the “Order data” menu select the “Upload order” submenu.
2. You will see a drop-down menu from which you can choose the file format you want to upload. The following file types are supported by the tool: Microsoft Excel (.xls), plain text format (.txt), comma-separated values format (.csv), extensible markup language format (.xml) and SAP IDocs. |
3. A dialogue window opens (Browse), in which you can search for the respective file (in the chosen format) on your system. Clicking on “Open” transfers the file to the upload module interface.
4. As soon as you have transferred the right file to the upload module, click on “Start upload”. The order data from your file will then be transferred directly to the APSOparts® shopping cart. Afterwards you can then edit each line item as usual.
5. Once you have finished editing your order line items, click the “Order” button as usual to submit the order.
To make it even easier to use the new order upload module, APSOparts® offers you the additional option of downloading ready-to-use templates (TXT and Excel). You will find these templates in “my APSOparts” in the “Order data” menu under “Downloads” (for the TXT files, a semicolon (;) must be used to separate individual order line items). You can then conveniently enter all desired products in the template offline and directly import the completed template into the APSOparts® shopping cart following the instructions above.
Only the ten-digit item number (without periods or spaces), the specified quantity and – if desired – remarks will be transferred to the shopping cart.
In SAP IDoc files, your own item number will also be integrated in the tool. Please make sure to state your order number in the “remarks” field.
If you would like to synchronize your own order item numbers with the Angst+Pfister item numbers based on previous orders (possible only for standard items), please contact support@apsoparts.com by e-mail with the subject line “Order list for company…”. |
