Center of Excellence Specialist in Supply Chain (all genders)

WHAT YOU DO

  • You develop and implement best practices and strategies to drive efficiency across Supply Chain processes.
  • You effectively manage Supply Chain projects to support the implementation and development of key strategic sourcing topics such as Supplier Relationship Management, Continuous Improvement, Standardization and Digitalization.
  • You shape the Supplier Relationship Management strategy and ensure continuous engagement at C-level.
  • You work in close relationship with the Procurement delivery team to review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
  • You define and measure internal Sourcing KPIs and ensure rhythm to systematic activities involving engagement with top management.
  • You manage trainings and onboarding information to employees in Supply Chain teams.
  • You provide support and coordination across global teams.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in a technical field. Further commercial education would be a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic Procurement/Sourcing position.
  • Strong Supply Chain process understanding and experience in promotion of best practices.
  • Proven experience of using standard strategic sourcing processes such as cost benchmark analysis, RFQ, SRM, supplier negotiation, supplier qualification and supplier scorecard.
  • High level of independence and self-responsibility with a demonstrated focus to deliver and drive the operational organizations to provide their contributions.
  • Previous experience in Project Management would be of advantage.
  • Experience with MS Office 365 and ERP Systems.
  • Excellent English skills. German or Italian would be a plus.
  • Self-driven personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
