Product Sales Manager Fluid Technology (all genders)

Product Sales Manager Fluid Technology (all genders)

WHAT YOU DO

• You build and develop strong relationships with our customers using your technical and commercial expertise
• You are agile and have a keen sense for business opportunities, you acquire new customers and generate leads
• You lead and execute key customer projects from acquisition to completion of samples/pre-series production 
• You manage the price strategy including project negotiations 
• You work closely with our clients’ engineering teams to design and develop solutions to their technical problems
• You build a strong network with other peers to exchange bright ideas and best practice experiences
• You provide technical support for your colleagues in the sales back office and in the field
• You give input on market development to implement the successful and profitable placement of product lines and explore new industries to open new opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. An additional commercial training would be a plus
• 2+ years of experience with project management or solution selling in a technical environment
• Experience with Fluid Handling technologies or related industries would be of advantage
• Experience with CAD/ AutoCAD and good command of IT-Tools (MS Office, Sales Tools)
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Autonomous and sales-oriented personality with great communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
