APSOvib® Mounts for static applications
Specially designed for static applications to insulate against vibration and slipping
These mounts are specially designed for static applications. On the one hand, they provide effective insulation against vibrations and on the other hand prevent the machine from slipping away. If required, they can also be fixed to the ground and some are available with a screw for levelling the machine.
The range of applications reaches from light low-frequency machines and rotating machines like ventilators or compressors to suspension constructions and heavy machines.

Machine mounts with or without screws are universally applicable elements for vibration insulation of machines and devices. They have a small overall height and their horizontal stiffness is higher than the vertical stiffness. The fixing screw also gives the possibility of levelling the machine when it is not placed on a perfectly flat floor.
Shear mounts APK
Shear mounts APK are designed for rotating machines such as ventilators, compressors and air conditioners with low fly wheel unbalance. Due to their hollow shape, they can be used for the insulation of small loads, which is a significant advantage compared to other machine mounts.
Machine mounts HD High Deflection
Machine mounts HD High Deflection < 50 kg are preferred for optimal vibration insulation for compressors and light machines with low disturbing frequency. The contact faces are completely sealed against outside media.
Rubber metal rails
Rubber metal rails are chosen for oscillation insulating bearings of heavy systems. They are available from stock in original lengths and can easily be cut to the required dimensions. The thickness of the vulcanized metal sheet allows the threading.
FLEX-LOC screw insulation
FLEX-LOC screw insulation offers a simple solution for the assembly of appliances or the joining of sheets, metal plates and glass panes. In this way, a single element allows easy assembly from the outside like a rivet and uncouples the elements from each other, thus avoiding the transmission of vibrations throughout the whole structure. This element is particularly used in the construction of machines and tractor bodies.
