APSOfluid® Hoses for mineral oil and gas
Safe and durable hose lines for all oil & gas applications
Specific fluid solutions for transferring different media
This hose group is easiest divided according to media: a distinction can be made between hoses for fuels such as oils, petrol, diesel or biodiesel, flammable gases for welding equipment and liquid gases (LPG, MPS, natural gas and methane).
Applications
- Petrochemical industry
- Vehicle construction
- Welding equipment
- Commercial and household
Hoses for fuels
Hoses for fuels made of NBR are reinforced with inserts of synthetic fabrics for certain operating pressures and are often used as fuel dispenser or tanker hoses. Depending on the requirements, the hoses comply with the standards EN 1361 E; EN 12115, VG 95955 Type D and S. We also supply complete hose lines with tanker couplings such as KOMBIFEKT®, KAMLOK® or AUTOLOK® couplings.
Hoses for flammable gases in welding equipment
The hose series for welding equipment consists of robust special hoses for the welding technology (welding, cutting and similar processes) and complies with the standards EN ISO 3821:2010 and EN 559:2003. These hoses have different colors for specific media:
• Red for acetylene and other fuel gases
• Blue for oxygen
• Black for welding shielding gases (compressed air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide)
Hoses for liquid gases
Hoses for liquid gases (LPG, MPS, natural gas and methane) are very robust, used in the industry and households and also comply with EN ISO 3821:2010 and EN 559:2003 standards.
