And above all, we first and foremost make things happen in all dimensions of sustainability and then we communicate our achievements.

Sustainability KPIs

	86% of operations are ISO 14001:2015 certified.
	21% of operations are ISO50001:2018 certified.
	We’ve been tracking our production carbon footprint since 2021.
	We reduced carbon intensity by 16% Group-wide in 2024 vs. 2021.
	We have strategic partnerships with suppliers across 3 continents and 15+ countries.

	48% of electricity (scope 2 emissions) is coming from renewable sources: We own 4 solar plants and I-REC certificates.
	I-REC certificates are in place at Angst+Pfister Advanced Technical Solutions, ARAP Sealing and APVN for the broad usage of renewable energy in our operations.
	87% of sites handle hazardous materials and have safety measures in place. No related accidents have occurred in 2024.
	247 manufacturing workers have been trained on environmental matters and 441 on health and safety matters.
	Each employee conducted 22 hours of training in 2024, which is 10% more than in 2023.
